Submit job for execution.

Parameters:

subhtcondor.Submit

An object representing a job submit description.

Returns:

schedd_job_infodict [str, dict [str, dict [str Any]]]

Information about jobs satisfying the search criteria where for each Scheduler, local HTCondor job ids are mapped to their respective classads.
