Make an on-sky polygon from a bbox and a SkyWcs.

Parameters:

bboxlsst.geom.Box2I or lsst.geom.Box2D

Bounding box of region, in pixel coordinates.

wcslsst.afw.geom.SkyWcs

Celestial WCS.

Returns:

polygonlsst.sphgeom.ConvexPolygon
