Deblend a parent footprint

Parameters:

mExposure : lsst.image.MultibandExposure

• The multiband exposure containing the image, mask, and variance data

footprint : lsst.detection.Footprint

• The footprint of the parent to deblend

config : ScarletDeblendConfig

• Configuration of the deblending task
