This is a minor feature release, based on the :ref:`release-v18-0-0`, and requested by :jira:`RFC-618`.

It contains two changes relative to the :ref:`release-v18-0-0`:

- `lsst.daf.base.PropertySet` now supports storing unsigned 64-bit integers.
  For more information, refer to :jira:`DM-20506` and :jira:`DM-20664`.
- The version number of the eigen package has changed from 3.3.4.lsst1-1-g221959b to 3.3.7.
  There are no changes to the contents of this package; the version included with release 18.0.0 was incorrectly labelled.

There are no changes to interfaces or deprecations in this release.
