Extract and classify the dataset types from a single PipelineTask.

Parameters:
taskDef: `TaskDef`

Registry used to construct normalized DatasetType objects and retrieve those that are incomplete.

Returns:
types: `TaskDatasetTypes`

The dataset types used by this task.
