ScarletDeblendTask¶
- class lsst.meas.extensions.scarlet.ScarletDeblendTask(schema: Schema, peakSchema: Schema = None, **kwargs)¶

- Deblend a data cube of multiband images - Deblending iterates over sources from the input catalog, which are blends of peaks with overlapping PSFs (depth 0 parents). In many cases those footprints can be subdived into multiple deconvolved footprints, which have an intermediate parent record added to the catalog and are be deblended separately. All deblended peaks have a source record added to the catalog, each of which has a depth one greater than the parent. - Parameters:
- mExposure
- The exposures should be co-added images of the same shape and region of the sky. 
- mDeconvolved
- The deconvolved images of the same shape and region of the sky. 
- catalog
- The merged - SourceCatalogthat contains parent footprints to (potentially) deblend. The new deblended sources are appended to this catalog in place.

- The - deblendedCatalogwith parents and child sources.
- modelData
- The persistable data model for the deblender. 
 
 
 - getFullMetadata() TaskMetadata¶
- Get metadata for all tasks. - Returns:
- metadataTaskMetadata
- The keys are the full task name. Values are metadata for the top-level task and all subtasks, sub-subtasks, etc.

 - Notes - The returned metadata includes timing information (if - @timer.timeMethodis used) and any metadata set by the task. The name of each item consists of the full task name with- .replaced by- :, followed by- .and the name of the item, e.g.:- topLevelTaskName:subtaskName:subsubtaskName.itemName - using - :in the full task name disambiguates the rare situation that a task has a subtask and a metadata item with the same name.

- Get the task name as a hierarchical name including parent task names. - Returns:

- The full name consists of the name of the parent task and each subtask separated by periods. For example: - The full name of top-level task “top” is simply “top”. 
- The full name of subtask “sub” of top-level task “top” is “top.sub”.

- Keys are the names of the bands and the values are - lsst.afw.table.source.source.SourceCatalog’s. These are catalogs with heavy footprints that are the templates created by the multiband templates.
