Load DiaSources from the Apdb based on their diaObjectId or location.

Database to load the DiaSources from.

Region of interest, including any padding.

Ids of the DiaObjects to load the history for.

dateTimeastropy.time.Time

Time of the current visit.

A dict of the schemas in the apdb.
